Merry Christmas From DH Longhorn!

I can't believe I'm typing those words already! Where, WHERE did 2019 go?! With all the crazy weather this year and, well, life in general, it's been a busy year for us out here on the ranch. We've already had quite a bit of snow fall already this Fall, and on the rare days we see the sun, we definitely rejoice! So do the cattle....I think they get just as excited as us!

We've got a lot going on this month. Most importantly, we are having an Open House/Ribbon Cutting at the Twin Creeks GNC in Bellevue on Tuesday, December 3rd at noon! Come celebrate with us as we are SUPER excited to be able to offer our customers a place to purchase singles on a daily basis! We will have roast, homemade potato salad, and rolls by Maria @ Ono Pinay! Hope to see you there!

We are also running a special on a Christmas Kit for the month of December, and orders can be placed to ship until December 16th, to ensure delivery by Christmas. The Christmas Kit includes a pkg of our New York Strips, Ribeyes, hotdogs, 2 ground beef, 1 roast, and 2 pkg of beef sticks. All that is valued at $105, on sale to you for $85! Longhorn beef makes great Christmas gifts, hint, hint....😊🎄

Also, I just want to remind you all of our incentive/rewards program: If you buy a Starter Kit, Family Kit, Half or Whole Beef, you will earn a coupon for 10% off of your next purchase of the same. This is good for 3 months for the Starter Kit and 1 year for Family Kits, half and whole beefs. For first time buyers, if you buy a starter kit and then decide to buy a Half or Whole beef, that amount ($175) will be taken off the total of your next bill, and this offer is good for 3 months. We also offer Military discounts, which is 10% off of regular priced items. We do NOT combine discounts.

We're hoping the snow and bad weather hold off for everyone involved in ranching, but we know it's inevitable. It's just that time of year and we're preparing as best we can. The cows all now have gotten their winter coats, and the next step will be to wean the calves. Yep, it's that time again. Siggghhhh...... Seems to sneak up a little earlier every year....We've been haying the cattle already, and the little calves love to play in the forage! So do the cows, actually! If I had a nickel for every time our cows played and got hay on their horns, well, I'd have a lot of nickels! I've included some video of Don haying, out with the tractor. 🐮

Be sure to keep checking out our website - we'll soon be adding recipes and ideas for cooking our beef. I have also been adding videos to our Youtube channel, which you can now subscribe to here:
