Our Starter Kit is appx 20lbs of our lean, 3 week dry aged longhorn beef. This kit option is for people wanting try a variety of our cuts without committing to a larger order.
This assortment of beef is comprised of one package of Sirloin steak, one package of New York Strip steak, a roast, two packages of Tenderized Round steaks, one package of stew meat and *soup bones, and 9 pounds of ground beef. There are 2 steaks per package.
*If soup bones are not available, we will substitute one package of Tenderized Round Steaks or Stew Meat (our choice)*

We take great care shipping our products. Every order is carefully packed with dry ice inside dense foam boxes, which have been specially designed to insulate and preserve beef orders.
Each insulated box can contain approximately 30 pounds of beef. All shipments are sent through UPS on Mondays or Tuesdays. Please check your shipping zone on the map below to determine if additional shipping costs are applicable with your order.
