Beef Rib Recipe (for the Instapot):
Beef Ribs (1-2 packages)
Raw or Dried Onion
Seasoned Salt
Water/broth
Place frozen (or thawed) ribs in the Instapot and add 1-2 cups of water or broth.
Chop up onion and place on Ribs - dried onion can be used as well.
Add seasoned Salt and close/seal lid.
Cook on high pressure for 60-80 minutes.
When done, I like to chop mine up and use them in stir fry or philly cheese steaks, along with our stew meat.
