Our Beef Arm Roast comes from the Shoulder area of the steer. In fact, it comes from the same area as the Chuck Roast. This roast has the least amount of fat of all the roasts, so Braising can be the best way to cook it. It can also be slow roasted or pressure cooked to break down the fibers. We love the arm roast in a slow cooker, with carrots and potatoes.
