At 92% lean, our ground beef is a whole animal grind. We dry age all our beef for 3 weeks, which gives our ground beef a rich flavor. It has just the right amount of fat to make it a wonderful and juicy. Throw it on the grill for a superb, moist burger. It also makes excellent meatloaf or stuffed peppers! You can also patty the ground beef and smother it with peppers and onions. With 3 weeks of dry aging, you won't be disappointed with the outcome.
