Our 2 to a package lean, 3 week dry aged round steaks are one of the EASIEST cuts to cook, simply because they are already tenderized and cut thin, so they cook fast. You can cook them as a steak, or, cut them up and fry them in the skillet. We like these as fajitas or used in stir fry with vegetables.
